Step 3 — Go through the list and enable any apps you want to be able to view and interact with from notifications on screen. Bear in mind that these pop-ups will appear on screen each time there is a new message, so you might not want to activate apps that get lots of messages each day. Step 1 — Now, when you get a message in one of the apps that you enabled for pop-ups, you will see a small icon bubble appear at the top of the screen like the chat heads you get in Facebook messenger. Multiple pop-up bubbles will appear if you get messages from multiple apps. Step 2 — Tap on the pop-up to open the message window on screen over the top of whatever you have open at the time. What the message window looks like depends on the app the message is in, but it will usually be a scaled-down version of the normal app message screen. Step 3 — If the message is part of an ongoing conversation, you will see this in the window too, with the ability to scroll up and down through it. With an app like Messages or WhatsApp, you can reply to the message directly in the window that opens.

Sorry basically I'm asking to have both the bubble and normal notification come up as it does if smart view were to be disabled for that app! If both can work simutanesouly. Or if an app can achieve the same effect. I don't like most the apps that do bubble notifications just not as fluid as the old custom Roms or Facebook messengers version. I just want more then a bubble to pop up. I want the normal notification to pop up to. Is that shade notification?
